Terms of use: Raed
Who it is for
Raed is an internal system of the Supreme Legislation Committee, for staff given an account by the system administrator, to prepare the committee's excellence submission. It is not to be used for anything else.
Your account
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password, verification codes or recovery codes, and do not sign in for someone else.
- Two-step verification is required. If you lose your phone, use a recovery code or ask the system administrator to reset it.
- Tell the system administrator at once if you think someone has seen your sign-in details.
- Add a passkey (Touch ID or Windows Hello) only on a device nobody else uses, and lock your screen when you step away.
- The system administrator can disable any account, change its role or reset its password.
The data you work on
- Excellence working data (capabilities, indicators, evidence) is internal committee data. Handle it under the committee's data classification and protection policies.
- Do not enter personal data the submission does not need, or confidential information.
- Evidence records are never deleted one by one: they are archived and kept, so the evidence record stays complete. Deleting a whole entity archives it on the server and deletes nothing: it leaves the entity list for everyone, and its data and attached files stay on the server, not deleted. Only an administrator can archive; to bring an archived entity back, contact the system administrator. Mistakes can be undone from the Change history page: any user can restore an item as it was, while rewinding a whole entity to an earlier moment is for administrators only, is recorded with its reason, and deletes nothing.
- AI features are optional and use a model on your own computer. Review any AI-suggested text before using it; responsibility for submitted content stays with its author.
Records
Sign-ins and changes to accounts and to the excellence working data (who changed what, and when) are recorded for security and accountability, as described in the privacy notice.
Availability
The system supports internal work and may be unavailable for maintenance or updates. Keep copies of important files under the committee's procedures.
Changes
These terms may change; each version is dated at the top. For questions, contact the system administrator.
